Seepage behind fresh paint

A coat of paint takes 2 hours and costs ₹800. It hides months of damp. We use a moisture meter to detect it regardless of what the wall looks like.

Low water pressure that only shows at 7am

You visit at 11am when the building has low load. By 7am when you're rushing to work, there's a trickle. We document pressure and ask the watchman the right questions.

Faulty earthing in sockets

It looks fine. It is not fine. A socket with incorrect earthing is a shock waiting to happen — especially for geysers and ACs. We test every socket.

Drainage that backs up in monsoon
